Guest access without a required account

Arrive and use the controls you have been given.

Guests do not need their own account to use approved controls. They set up access using the link you send and an email verification code.

Access belongs to the stay

Choose which controls a guest may use and when as part of the reservation. An existing access template can provide a starting point; permissions remain linked to the specific unit and time window.

A reservation can exist without guest access. Personal access does not make guests members of your administration workspace.

The setup link opens the access flow. A confirmation code is requested for the stored booking email address. Successful confirmation establishes the guest session.

Possessing the link alone does not allow control. The flow works in a browser and does not require an additional account or password step for this guest access.

Travel together, use separate sessions

People travelling together can establish their own sessions for the same stay. Each setup still needs confirmation through the stored booking email address. An existing shared session does not automatically gain later bookings.

A session can remain signed in beyond a stay while its control permissions expire on time. Revocation or cancellation ends the relevant rights; other independently granted access remains separate.

An everyday example

Adjusting heating during a stay

You approve a holiday apartment’s supported heating control for the stay. The guest sets up access and can use it during that window. Remaining signed in after the permission expires does not extend control access.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Do guests have to install an app?

The setup flow works in a browser. App installation is not a prerequisite.

Does guest access always include opening doors?

No. Available functions depend on explicit permissions and the working device integration. Door access requires a supported, appropriately configured connection.
