Keep people and service teams connected to their assignments. Reusable teams simplify allocation while personal access remains tied to specific orders.
Organise people by their tasks
A person can have several categories, such as guest, cleaning or maintenance. Categories help with filtering and selection. They do not automatically make someone a team member or authorise controls.
Reuse the same person for different tasks instead of creating a new identity for every assignment. Actual permissions come from their reservations and access orders.
Reuse service teams
Group cleaning or maintenance staff into teams and assign them to work. You do not need to select every individual again for each recurring group of people.
New members receive eligible rights from current team orders. Removed members lose rights derived from that membership. Direct assignments and other team memberships are accounted for separately.
Separate administration from control
A service team with access to controls is different from workspace user administration. Administration permissions determine who may edit data and workflows; personal grants determine which controls someone may use.
If a membership addition creates a staffing conflict, the affected order may require review. Membership changes do not reactivate expired, cancelled or suspended assignments.
Guests, customers and your administration team
Manage guests, customers and contacts alongside their details and reservations. Invite colleagues to the workspace and assign administration permissions through groups and permission profiles. Service teams for assignments remain separate.

Cover in the cleaning team
A colleague takes over an assignment. Update the assigned team’s membership. Derived permissions follow its current composition without automatically removing independently granted access.

Does the cleaning category already grant access?
No. Categories support organisation. Control permissions come from specific grants in reservations or orders.
Are guests travelling together a permanent team?
Guests are organised in the context of their booking. Reusable service teams are intended for cleaning and maintenance.
